Pay & Compensation:
$48K–$52K Annual Salary | Full-time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
Assist with purchase orders and vendor communication
Conduct vendor outreach for pricing, product availability, and lead times
Maintain product and vendor data across inventory management and e-commerce systems
Monitor inventory levels and reorder thresholds
Support HR tasks (e.g., onboarding documents, job postings)
Manage shared inboxes and coordinate responses
Update and maintain internal SOPs and process trackers
Provide backup phone support
Pre-requisite Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent written communication
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
