The Victron MultiPlus Compact Inverter/Charger 230V series combines a high-performance true sine wave inverter with a smart multi-stage battery charger in a compact, reliable unit. Designed for use in off-grid systems, RVs, marine applications, and backup power installations, these units deliver dependable AC power conversion from DC battery sources while managing battery charging from shore or generator power.
Built with PowerAssist technology, the MultiPlus Compact products help prevent overload of limited AC sources by supplementing with battery power when required. The PowerControl feature allows the unit to dynamically manage AC input current, ensuring optimal performance without exceeding source limitations. Integrated communication via VE.Bus enables system integration, parallel or three-phase operation, and remote monitoring using VictronConnect or the VRM Portal. These inverter/chargers also include an automatic UPS transfer function that seamlessly switches to battery-powered inverter output during AC mains failure.
To suit a wide range of system sizes and battery capacities, the MultiPlus Compact 230V line includes various DC input voltages, continuous/peak power ratings, and charger current options — all sharing a compact footprint ideal for space-constrained installations.
