Turnaround Time
Wiring diagrams are typically completed within 5-7 business days following receipt of the required deposit. Completion timelines are subject to workload and any unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify clients promptly of any delays.
Deposit Requirements
A 50% deposit is required for all orders involving complete system design services. Of this, 25% of the total order amount is non-refundable, as it covers preliminary work and consultation.
Educational Use Only
All wiring diagrams, system designs, and materials lists provided by Trek Systems are intended for educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional installation or guidance. Clients acknowledge that installation must always be performed by a qualified professional, and the company assumes no responsibility for issues arising from improper installation or use.
Limitation of Liability
Trek Systems is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use, interpretation, or implementation of the provided wiring diagrams, system designs, or materials lists. Clients accept full responsibility for ensuring the safety, compliance, and accuracy of all installations performed using our designs.
Revisions and Updates
Requests for revisions to system designs or wiring diagrams must be made within 3 days of receipt of the initial design. Additional charges may apply for significant changes or requests made beyond this timeframe.
