The Egis XD Single Flex Relay/ACR/LVD with Knob is a versatile high-current battery management and switching solution designed for demanding mobile electrical systems. With a 500 Amp continuous current capacity and up to 1,500 Amps of maximum cranking current, it provides reliable power switching for a wide range of applications.
The XD Single can be configured to operate as a Relay/Battery Disconnect, Automatic Charging Relay (ACR), or Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD). This flexible design allows it to be used for battery isolation, charging management, and protection against excessive battery discharge.
A front-facing 3-position manual override knob provides convenient control of the relay, allowing the unit to be manually switched as needed. The integrated LED indicator provides a quick visual indication of the device status.
The unit operates across an 8–36 VDC voltage range, making it suitable for both 12-volt and 24-volt electrical systems. Programmable DIP switches allow the device to be configured according to the requirements of the electrical system.
Built for demanding environments, the XD Single features IP67/IP6K9K sealed construction for protection against water, dust, and other environmental conditions.
